ICE has been great asset as vendor/partner relationship since early stages of building my company. From helping me with stressful questions to providing raw material as primary supplier, ICE has been consistent year after year. Also the friendly atmosphere ICE offers goes a long way to make a customer feel comfortable and confident to depend on meeting my stringent demands. Lastly the depth and width of their knowledge and network is a huge gain for being their customer. Opportunities derive from vast networking and it is difficult to put a price on something as valuable as this to have it at the tip of your finger tip just by calling ICE.

Eight years ago, we were sending 28 (twenty foot) containers to the landfill every month…Now if you want to throw something away, you can’t do it (here). It is incredible to think about the sheer volume of bi-product diverted from the landfill to be repurposed and recycled into useful products. We are thankful for the good fortune to have found ICE, our partner in the endeavor

Survival as a custom molder is not easy in today's world. Customers are often looking for recycled plastics for a cost decrease and marketing advantage. We learned early on that all recycled plastics are not the same and this starts with the distributor. We started buying from brokers and found that their quality and supply were out of their control. After multiple issues we found ICE and now understand the difference in a broker and a partner. ICE had a relationship with the scrap producer that insured consistent feed stock with constant volume. We cannot run with process fluctuations from raw material and can't shut down our customers when the supply is available. Now we enjoy the advantages of cost savings and processing ease.

We have been buying and selling with ICE for the last 5 years. We have developed a mutual relationship with them to where we both are doing our best to assist each other on a regular basis with material needs. As a smaller company we are able to tap into ICE's resources for material, and utilize their logistics and transportation departments to get deals done. I speak to Thomas almost daily in regards either buying or selling material and he is always willing to do whatever it takes to help us get the sale done. ICE has helped us grow over the last 5 years and we plan to continue this partnership into the future!

I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge ICE. Their brokerage business continuously provides exceptional materials for domestic and export opportunities. ICE maintains a data base of well qualified non fiber materials ranging from highly trading commodities to complex post industrial resins and pellets. The staff is well educated and very proficient. ICE removes the stress from plastic brokerage.

ICE is exactly what one would desire in a partner: easy to work with, transparency, and fair pricing. We have maintained a positive relationship with them for years and we don’t see this changing anytime soon.
