From helping me with stressful questions to providing raw material as primary supplier, ICE has been consistent year after year. Also the friendly atmosphere ICE offers goes a long way to make a customer feel comfortable and confident to depend on meeting my stringent demands. Lastly the depth and width of their knowledge and network is a huge gain for being their customer. Survival as a custom molder is not easy in today's world. Customers are often looking for recycled plastics for a cost decrease and marketing advantage. We learned early on that all recycled plastics are not the same and this starts with the distributor. We started buying from brokers and found that their quality and supply were out of their control. After multiple issues we found ICE and now understand the difference in a broker and a partner. ICE had a relationship with the scrap producer that insured consistent feed stock with constant volume. We cannot run with process fluctuations from raw material and can't shut down our customers when the supply is available. Now we enjoy the advantages of cost savings and processing ease.
